The Transition Guide will be mailed this week to Plan 3 members, Judicial Retirement Account (JRA) members and Deferred Compensation Program (DCP) participants who have money invested in any of the three Horizon Funds. This guide explains the replacement of the Horizon Funds with new Retirement Strategy Funds.

Should you have employees who contact you with questions, here are two important things to know:

• If they wish to move into the new fund options, they don’t need to take any action. Their Horizon Fund balance will automatically move into the Retirement Strategy Fund that most closely corresponds with their expected retirement date.
• Plan 3 members, call 1-888-711-8773 and select option 1
