The Legislature passed and the Governor signed SHB 1936 and SSB 5615 during the 2005 session. As a result, the LEOFF Plan 2 Retirement Board has adopted supplemental rates to support the cost of these expanded benefits.
The Law Enforcement Officers’ and Fire Fighters’ Retirement System (LEOFF) Plan 2, contribution rates will increase effective September 1, 2005. See DRS Notice 05-003 for more information.
