Participants of Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) will be receiving a letter dated October 8, 2007. The letter informs participants the DCAP will be administered by the Health Care Authority’s Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) program through Application Software, Inc. (ASI). This change is effective with the new plan year beginning January 1, 2008. DRS will still process 2007 reimbursements through March 31, 2008.
The letter provides necessary information including phone numbers for participants who can call DRS or ASI depending on the type of question. We are sending you this information in case you are contacted by a participant. Please recommend they use the phone numbers provided on the October 8th letter to get their questions answered.
