This information applies to retirees returning to positions covered by the Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS), Public Safety Employees' Retirement System (PSERS), the School Employees' Retirement System (SERS), the Teachers' Retirement System (TRS), the Law Enforcement Officers' and Fire Fighters' Retirement System (LEOFF), the Washington State Patrol Retirement System (WSPRS), or the Judicial Retirement System (JRS).
