General Reporting
- Compare your timesheets and calendars to the DRS transmittal you reported last year. For each employee selected for testing, complete a monthly compensation worksheet for two consecutive months or, for school districts, an annual compensation worksheet. Compare compensation and hours (or days) reported to DRS to all compensation and hours (or days) paid to the employee. The compensation paid should be separated by type, such as regular hourly, overtime, vacation cash out, sick leave cash out, longevity pay, education pay, extra duty pay, etc.
