Reporting

General Reporting

  1. Corrections
  2. Research discrepancies if compensation and hours (or days) as reported do not agree with compensation and hours (or days) actually earned for the months sampled. Make sure that the compensation and hours (or days) have been reported in the month in which they were earned and not in the month in which they were paid.

Review the current year for discrepancies if reporting errors are discovered after you complete your research of the previous year's self audit. If errors are found in the current year, or if you have questions about reportable compensation, excess compensation, lump sum payments or transmittal codes, contact us at 664-7000, option 2, (local area) or 1-800-547-6657, option 6, option 2 (outside Olympia-Tumwater area).

Note: If you find errors, and you sampled only a percentage of your employees, it is your responsibility to ensure that the reporting of hours and compensation is correct for all your employees.
