Support for eServices
The following kinds of user support are available:
- For instructions on logon and using the applications see eServices publications.
- For help with a particular application click on the Help link within the application.
- For training, refer to Employer Training for workshops that are currently available. ESS provides workshops throughout the state to assist with DRS applications and reporting requirements.
- For customer service call Employer Support Services between 8:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or e-mail ESS for a response within 24 hours.
