Note: Employer eServices including WBET and MRV will be unavailable this Saturday (May 31) from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. while DRS relocates the servers hosting these applications. The DRS website will continue to be available during this period.

Transmittal Warning Message changing from triggering at $10,000 to $15,000

The DRS Transmittal system sends a warning edit message any time it is reported that an employee earned compensation greater than $10,000 in a month. The purpose of this edit message is to bring your attention to large payments that may not be reportable to DRS, such as the cash out of vacation leave for PERS Plan 2 and 3 members.

To keep up with inflation we have now increased this trigger level to $15,000 based on feedback we have received from our employer partners. We hope this will limit the number of unnecessary warning edit messages you receive.

If you have questions, please reply to this notice or call ESS at 360-664-7200 (option 2) or 800-547-6657 (option 6, option 2).
