Automatic enrollment for DCP (Deferred Compensation Program) begins Jan. 1, 2017. Automatic enrollment is mandatory for all state agencies and higher education employers. Local employer participation is optional.

Employer Information

Employer Handbook: Chapter 8 and Chapter 11 have been revised to include important reporting information related to automatic enrollment for DCP.

Employee Information

DCP Automatic Enrollment: A new page is available on the DRS website. This resource provides an overview of the automatic enrollment provisions for newly hired employees. A link to the one-page information flyer is available from this page as well.

DCP Enrollment Guide: This booklet has undergone significant changes to prepare new and existing employees for DCP enrollment in 2017.
