Response to phone calls and emails from the Employer Support Services (ESS) team may take longer than normal Aug. 28-Sept. 5. ESS will be in training for the new Employer Reporting Application (ERA) project.

Employer Support email will be monitored during this time for password reset and SFT issues. All other inquiries will be answered as soon as possible.
