Retirees, inactive members, beneficiaries and legal-order payees: You can update your address from your online retirement account. Just select “Address” from the welcome screen. If you need to update your name, fill out and send in a printed form as well as a copy of documentation showing the change.
Active members: Update your name and/or address through your employer. That new information will soon appear in your online retirement account.
Due to state budget reductions, the Department of Retirement Systems will be closed on July 6 and employees will be on temporary layoff status. Though our services and employees will not be available on July 6, our automated systems will accept your transmittals. However, transmittals received on July 6 will not be processed until regular services resume on July 7.
Our first temporary layoff day is July 6 (instead of July 12) because of a recordkeeping transition for the Deferred Compensation Program. We will be open on July 12.
