Summary

Transmittals are based on the Multiple Record Layout (MRL). MRL has six types of records, and within these records are fields. When submitting transmittals to the Department of Retirement Systems, your data fields must meet the specifications listed in the List of Edit Fields. Refer to the Transmittal Field Descriptions for when to use the fields.
