To sign up for the Web Based Employer Transmittal (WBET) service the supervisor or main retirement contact in your office should email Employer Support Services. Please include the following information:
If you do not have access to any other eService application and this is the first time you are signing up for WBET, we will set up access and provide you with a user ID and password. You can begin using WBET as soon as you receive your user ID and password.
If you already have a password for another eService application (MRV or ePay), your user ID and password will be the same. We will notify you when your WBET account is available.
If you would like to begin using WBET for DCP contact Employer Support Services.
When you logon for the first time, a pop-up screen will display an access agreement. This agreement describes acceptable use of the DRS electronic services and your responsibilities when using the online applications. You must read and accept the agreement before you can logon. You may choose to read the access agreement now. You will also be asked to change your password to one that you select. See password information for requirements.

The Web-Based Employer Transmittal (WBET) application allows you to use the Internet to submit your transmittal reports to DRS. You can sign up to use the application to submit your retirement reports or your Deferred Compensation Program (DCP) reports or both.
If you sign up for regular retirement reporting, you will use the service to update information for existing members, update monthly earning details, add new members, balance the report totals, edit the report data, and submit the completed report to DRS. Once the report has been submitted, we will process it through our normal nightly process and post the information to the member's retirement account.
If you sign up for regular retirement reporting, you will use this service to send us correction reports. If you use some other automated means to submit your regular retirement reports, you can still sign up to use WBET for your correction reporting. You can use the service to adjust information that was previously reported. When the report is processed through our normal nightly process, the corrected information will be posted to the member's retirement account.
If you sign up for DCP reporting, you will use the service to view any deferral changes from the previous pay period, enter participant deferral amounts for the current pay period, make changes to participant information (such as name or address), and submit the completed report to us. Once the report has been submitted to us and reconciled with your payment, we will process the report and post payment to the participant's DCP account.
The service has built-in edits so when you enter information it is validated. If you made an error, the service will alert you to the problem and require that you correct the error before submitting the report. For your retirement reporting, the service automatically calculates the correct member and employer contributions based on the compensation you enter. With this application, you will have less chance of making reporting errors.
