Support for eServices

The following kinds of user support are available:

  1. For instructions on logon and using the applications see eServices publications.
  2. For help with a particular application click on the Help link within the application.
  3. For training, refer to Employer Training for workshops that are currently available. ESS provides workshops throughout the state to assist with DRS applications and reporting requirements.
  4. For customer service call Employer Support Services between 8:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or e-mail ESS for a response within 24 hours.
