Now that more than half of DRS employers are reporting in the Employer Reporting Application, we wanted to share some of the enhancements that have already been implemented. Learning a new application can be challenging. We are listening to your feedback and making adjustments to ERA to improve your user experience.

A few of the improvements are:

  • Added the ability to automatically generate and send a copy of your Interactive Reports to My Documents
  • Added the ability to export the data within the Earnings Tab in the Employer Reporting Process to an Excel spreadsheet
    • This provides the ability to quickly review for keying errors and to provide you with a copy of your report before you submit
  • Fixed the employer select issue for those employers who report for more than one employer
    • The system should now retain the employer selected as you move through a process
  • Changed several of the button names in the Employer Reporting Process for clarity
  • Changed several of the button names in the Electronic Payment Process for clarity
  • Redesigned the Transmittal Edit Message Report
    • Information is now organized under four separate tabs
      • Records Not Processed
      • Records Processed with Edits
      • Transmittal Reconciliation
      • Plan Choice Member
  • Provided a new auto-generated Correction File within the Employer Reporting Process to use so you can easily re-report rejected and not processed data

We aren’t done yet! We are working on several more improvements to the Transmittal Edit Message Report and Correction File.
