Subject: DRS Email 20-009, DRS Closure Days and Reduced Customer Service Availability
The Department of Retirement Systems will have closure days and reduced customer service availability beginning in July due to mandatory furloughs of team members.
- DRS will be closed on the following dates: July 2, 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2020. Though our services and team members will not be available on these dates, our automated systems will accept employer transmittals.
- The Employer Support Services Team will continue to be available for employer inquiries during all regular operating days and hours.
- DRS remains closed to in-person customer visits and onsite services. Additionally, we will be available for customer service questions via phone calls and emails on Mondays only through the week of July 20, 2020.
