The Department of Retirement Systems’ Education & Outreach team provides Plan Choice training for new hires who need to pick a retirement plan. We offer live webinars for Plan Choice, as well as other retirement related topics, on-demand videos, and onsite or virtual training at employer request. 

New staff may want to review information on the Plan Choice section of the DRS website and review the Plan Choice Guide. We encourage you to provide links to any or all of these materials as part of your new employee onboarding process.

In addition to education for new employees, we provide webinars and videos for employees at any point in their retirement planning journey. Our team will partner with you to promote retirement planning for your employees.
