Watch your bookmarks – some DRS web links are changing!

March 4, 2020

If you have bookmarked or created “favorites” for pages on the Department of Retirement Systems website, you may need to update them beginning this Friday (March 6). DRS website content is moving to a new platform the evening of March 5, which will result in changes to some webpage links.

Your DRS online accounts and the DRS record keeper website for Plan 3 and DCP investment accounts will not be affected by the change. The main DRS website address (www.drs.wa.gov) and links to the most-visited sections will remain the same, as will the complete website navigation menu.

However, many individual page links within various sections of the website will be different. If you have bookmarked a page that has moved, you’ll receive a “Page Not Found” message when you select the link. This message will refer you to the website search tool and the main navigation menu, which are your best options for locating a page that has an updated link address.

All the content on the website is staying the same, so you’ll continue to have access to great information, tools and resources to help you with your retirement. As always, if you’re not able to find what you’re looking for contact DRS and we’ll be happy to assist you.
