Customer calls and requests for information have increased due to the COVID-19 pandemic and many customers are experiencing longer than usual wait times. When is the best time to call DRS?
DRS phone lines are available 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. You are likely to experience shorter wait times when you call Tuesday through Thursday from 8-11 am and again after 1 pm on these days.
