How to reduce your call wait time
DRS specialists are available weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Call Tuesday through Thursday, avoiding the lunch hour, for the shortest wait time.
Because of COVID-19, call volumes and wait times have increased. We appreciate your patience as every available team member answers calls in the order they are received.
Avoid hold times by logging into your online account to send us a secure message.
