You can make most changes or requests through your DRS online account. Use the Contact Us tool to reach a Retirement Specialist.

We are experiencing hold times up to 60 minutes during peak calling periods.

How to reduce your call wait time

DRS specialists are available weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Call Tuesday through Thursday, avoiding the lunch hour, for the shortest wait time.

Call volumes and wait times have increased. We appreciate your patience as every available team member answers calls in the order they are received.

Leave a call back number when prompted to keep your spot in line and avoid waiting on hold altogether.

Avoid hold times by logging into your online account to send us a secure message.
