DRS specialists are available weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Call Tuesday through Thursday, avoiding the lunch hour, for the shortest wait time.

Leave a call back number when prompted to keep your spot in line and avoid waiting on hold altogether.

Avoid hold times by logging into your online account to send us a secure message.

You can make most changes or requests through your DRS online account. Use the Contact Us tool within your account to securely contact a Retirement Specialist.

Submitting a document? You can also do this through your account.

1. Log in and select “Upload documents” under the My Documents section of the menu.

2. Select the document type and describe what you are attaching.

3. Check the agreement box and select “Upload.”

We offer calls and virtual appointments via Zoom for customers 40 and older who haven’t yet retired. Schedule this appointment through your online account via the welcome menu. Log in, and you’ll find the ‘Schedule Appointment’ option under the welcome menu. Watch this short video for tips on making the most of your appointment.

Note: When you schedule your Zoom appointment, you’ll need to choose either a video or phone call (audio only) option. You can change this option during your appointment.

Walk-Ins: Feel free to visit our office during business hours for questions or to meet with a Retirement Specialist. While we welcome walk ins, please note that you may have to wait while scheduled appointments are prioritized.
